The steps of renting
1/ Preparation for rental
- Appointment on-site to define the rental price, indications of rental formalities and preparation and signing of the mandate
- Photography carried out by us
- Advertising your property on our various internet portals
2/ The rental
The client places an option on the property and pays us a 25% deposit (payment possible by Credit Card, Transfer, Check, Cash, or Holiday Vouchers). After receiving the deposit, we send the contract to the client and a rental notice to the owner. Then, we prepare the property for the arrival of the clients (starting up electricity, water, heating, cleanliness state check).
Arrival of clients
- Handover of keys and inventory
- Taking a security deposit
- Offer of departure cleaning package (service not included in the rental price: the client can choose to do the cleaning themselves or have it done by our maintenance team)
- Provision of specific information for the accommodation, etc.
- Throughout the week, our agency is there to manage the questions and problems of the clients.
Departure of clients
- Return of keys
- Inspection carried out by our maintenance team
- Return or cashing of the security deposit based on the information provided by our maintenance team
3/ End of season
The rental payments are made at the end of each season (summer and winter) with the establishment of a detailed rental statement.
